The villa is lovingly decorated throughout with a personal flavour and maintained to the highest standards by the onsite manager (owners family) to ensure nothing will inconvenience guests. The villa has high speed internet, 4 bicycles and 4 tennis rackets

The master bedroom has an American king size bed with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, tub, separate wc, and walk in shower. A video of the villa and Vanderbilt Club is available on request.

Bedroom two has a queen size pull out bed as this room is also used as a den. Adjoining the second bathroom with shower and wc is the third bedroom which has twin beds so that overall the villa sleeps 6 comfortably. A cot is also available on request. The fully fitted kitchen has a dining area in addition to a dining suite in the main lounge which opens out fully onto the patio.

Within Vanderbilt Golf and Country Club is an 18 hole championship course, communal pools, well equipped fitness centre, 10 floodlit tennis courts, golf driving range, computer room with internet access, golf shop, and superb Club House with a popular bar and two fine restaurants. The community has 24 hour gated security.

Close to Interstate 75 access to Fort Myers International Airport is 30 minutes drive, with Miami (and airport) less than two hours away. All of Naples many attractions are just a few minutes drive, including the fabulous beach (10 minutes), zoo, the Everglades, shops, cinemas, and so on.
