Our villa is located on a corner lot of a quite cul-de-sac in the Cape Coral yacht club area. Our villa is on intersecting canals about two minutes from the Caloosahatchee river and has in excess of 250 feet of sea wall as it has water on two of its four boundaries.

The villas spectacular south and west facing oversize garden and captain's walk make it the ideal place to relax and enjoy Florida's glorious sunsets. The villa has its own Tiki hut near the canal which is ideal for BBQs and sundowners. This unique feature makes this villa a must.

The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin (single) beds. These two bedrooms share the adjacent bathroom.

The living area comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast room, living room, dining room, family room (with large screen TV and sound system), laundry room and two-car garage. The entire villa is approx. 2300 sq. feet. For your comfort the villa is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room.

Sliding glass doors give access to the Lanai and pool area from the Dining room and Family room. The lanai is split into two main area - the solar and electric heated pool and the outdoor dining and seating area (which is roofed and weatherproofed).

From the Lanai you can access the large mature garden and waterside Tiki hut, boat dock and 260 foot captain's walk (a 7 foot wide pathway bordering the sea wall). In these areas you can fish, sunbathe, take the boat (optional) out to the islands, or just relax in the Tiki hut. Whatever you do vacationing in our villa will be a unique pleasure.
