Royal Palm Bay complex is on a quiet cul-de-sac called Royal Bay Boulevard (Blvd). This lies off Poinciana Blvd. approximately 1 mile south of highway 192. From the junction of Poinciana Blvd and the 192, all the major attractions are within easy reach, as are many shops and diners / restaurants.

 Master Bedroom (12 ft. X15 ft.) with en suite shower / toilet and vanity unit (with fitted hair dryer) and walk in clothes closet plus TV and radio alarm clock, ceiling fan;
 Bedroom 2 (9 ft. X 15 ft.) with twin beds and walk in closet;
 Bedroom 3 (10 ft. X 10 ft.) with double bed and built in wardrobe plus radio alarm clock.

 Bathroom with bath and shower and fitted hair dryer.

2. ABOUT ROYAL PALM BAY COMPLEX
The condominium is set in a lovely landscaped, well maintained spacious complex with the following facilities:
 Club House open and staffed from 8.00 am to 11.00 p.m. including snack bar, well equipped gym, sauna room, pool table, toilettes. Films for hire. Attraction tickets can also be purchased here.
 Swimming pool with loungers', tables and chairs, plus hot tub Jacuzzi.
 Tennis court (rackets loaned free of charge) and Volleyball court.
 Children's playground area plus bar-b-q area.
 Complex is security patrolled.

Rental Rates
The rental rates are all-inclusive and cover sales and resort tax, utilities (including electricity for the air conditioning / heating), and cleaning after vacating.
Full payment for the reservation is to be made not later than 60 days prior to using the accommodation. For bookings made more than 60 days in advance, a non-refundable deposit of £50 ($75) per week booked will be required.
