The villa has an electronic door entry system so there are no keys to pick up or drop off so saving time on your travel, there is a safe in our home for safeguarding your valuables. Our home is decorated to a high standard and has everything available to make your stay, the holiday of a lifetime. It has a 2 car garage which also houses a washing machine and dryer, here you will also find a pool table, air hockey machine and foosball table and dart board (soft tip)also 2 bicycles The house is fully air conditioned with a private heated pool. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus a queen size sofa bed in the lounge.
The lounge has a 47" LCD HDTV Cable TV,DVD player, Hi-Fi, a two seater love seat, three seater sofa, which converts into a queen size bed, arm chair and coffee tables with table lamps, bar stools for the breakfast bar, ceiling fan and patio doors that lead to the pool,these doors are alarmed so that small children cannot wander in to the pool area unsupervised,there is also a selection of books and videos and DVD`s available, for both adults and children.
The dining room has a large dining table and seating for six.
The kitchen has every thing that you could require including fridge-freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, toaster, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, phone and especially for us Brits, kettle and tea pot, plus of course all the utensils you will need.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, phone,40" LCD HDTV Cable TV, not a little portable TV,, bed side lamps, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and hair dryer.
The family bathroom has both tub and shower facilities with a further hair dryer.
The further two bedrooms both have two single beds each, along with radio alarm clocks, bed side lamps, ample closet space and ceiling fans, also both of these bedrooms have Cable TV, one has a DVD player the other has a cd player. Both of these bedrooms over look the pool, all bedrooms and bathrooms have night lights.
All bed linen and towels are supplied, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The private heated pool has a large pool deck, all of which is fully screened, here you will find the patio furniture including loungers and pool furniture. Also located here you will find a gas BBQ for those meals by the pool.
We are fully licensed with the State of Florida and the villa is fitted with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting, plus first aid facilities. All local telephone calls are free from our villa, if you wish to make long distance, or International calls, then you can make them from the villa, by using a phone card, which can be purchased locally.

For any of you with small children thinking about hiring our villa, Well just for you we have provided a cot, high chair, baby monitor, portable little persons toilet and 2 buggies and car seats at no extra cost.
Also if you hire our villa, we have had a word with a certain mouse who lives just around the corner and told him to make sure that he makes your holiday so special that you will want to come again.
