There are a lot of villa owners who claim that their villas are located 10 to 15 minutes from Disney. It is only when you get there, that you find the only way you could get there in that time was if you used the space shuttle. That is not the case with our villa.Indian Ridge Oaks is a quiet walled residential neighbourhood with no through traffic, 3 miles, ( 5 minutes by car ) from Disney. It has a shaded community pool, cabana, tennis courts, racquets and balls provided in the villa and children's play area, all of which are available to our clients. The Mystic Dunes Golf and Country Club is adjacent, with further golf courses only minutes away. Supermarkets, World Class Restaurants, Shopping Centres and of course The American Dream Disney are found just around the corner.


Our management team are located minutes away, and are available 24 hours per day, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The villa has an electronic door entry system so there are no keys to pick up or drop off so saving time on your travel.Our home is decorated to a high standard and has everthing available to make your stay, the holiday of a lifetime. It has a 2 car garage which also houses a washing machine and dryer. It is fully air conditioned with a private heated pool. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus a queen size sofa bed in the lounge.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, phone,75 channel 27 inch Cable TV, not a little portable TV,, bed side lamps, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and hair dryer.

The family bathroom has both tub and shower facilities with a further hair dryer.

The further two bedrooms both have two single beds each, along with radio alarm clocks, bed side lamps, ample closet space and ceiling fans, also both of these bedrooms have 75 channel Cable TV, one has a DVD player the other has a cd player. Both of these bedrooms over look the pool, all bedrooms and bathrooms have night lights.

All bed linen and towels are supplied, as well as an iron and ironing board.

The lounge has a 37" LCD HDTV 100 channel Cable TV, a VCR,DVD player, Hi-Fi, a two seater love seat, three seater sofa, which converts into a queen size bed, coffee tables with table lamps,3 bar stools for the breakfast bar, ceiling fan and patio doors that lead to the pool,these doors are alarmed so that small children cannot wander in to the pool area unsupervised,there is also a selection of books and videos and DVD`s available, for both adults and children.

The dining room has a large dining table and seating for six.

The kitchen has every thing that you could require including fridge-freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, toaster, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, phone and especially for us Brits, kettle and tea pot, plus of course all the utensils you will need.

The private heated pool has a large pool deck, all of which is fully screened, here you will find the patio furniture including loungers and pool furniture, as well as childrens patio furniture. Also located here you will find a BBQ for those meals by the pool.


We are fully licensed with the State of Florida and the villa is fitted with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting, plus first aid facilities. All local telephone calls are free from our villa, if you wish to make long distance, or International calls, then you can make them from the villa, by using a phone card, which can be purchased locally.
