This is a Privately Owned Exclusive Luxury Villa having 5 bedrooms ( 3 en-suite master bedrooms) and 4 bathrooms.

It has one of the largest extended south facing sundecks in the Orlando area, and the large extended pool is complimented with fountains and a large Jacuzzi to help relax away those tired muscles after a long day at the theme parks.

For those in your party that do not like too much sun, we also have a 10ft covered Patio, with it's own 6 seater table and complimentary gas BBQ, so you and your guests and enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.

The Villa is equipped with child safety pool alarms so you can relax in the knowledge the little ones are safe. Complimentary Cot & High Chair are also supplied.

GAMES ROOM
Cayman House has a wonderful Games Room with a Full Size American Pool Table, Competition Football Table, TV & Hi-Fi and lovely sofas, another place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks.

Entry to Cayman House is by way of an Electronic Key Pad, no need to spend your time on arrival driving around to find an agent in order to obtain a door key.

DINING ROOM
The whole Villa is Air-Conditioned & Heated, and the separate Dining Room is light and roomy with a Wonderful Floridian Dining Table that seats 8.

KITCHEN
The Open Plan Kitchen has every modern appliance, Cooker, Microwave, Large Fridge Freezer - with ice maker, Dishwasher, Food Disposal etc. There is also a separate Laundry Area complete with Washer & Dryer plus Ironing facilities.

FAMILY ROOM
This has a vaulted ceiling and is light and spacious, filled with sumptuous Floridian lounge furniture. A 36" TV & DVD player with SONY SURROUND-SOUND, plus numerous cable channels to add your relaxation. Whilst the new Sony Playstation will keep the kids (of all ages) happy for hours.

MASTER BEDROOM
This has a King size Bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, large walk-in-closet, so you will have ample room for all your belongings. This bedroom which has it's own 21" TV & telephone, has 2 windows overlooking the sundeck and pool.

The en-suite Master Bathroom is a delight with a large Garden Tub, separate walk-in shower, separate toilet and twin wash bowls. Privacy is a great feature with this bedroom, being separate from the others.

BEDROOM 2 This second Master has a Queen size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV, and has it's own en-suite bathroom, with Shower, wash bowl & separate toilet. This lovely light and relaxing room has views over the side of the property.

SECOND FLOOR

BEDROOM 3 Another Master en-suite bedroom, with Queen size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, walk-in-closet, TV, and has it's own en-suite bathroom, with a bath & shower-over, wash bowl & toilet. This lovely Floridian bedroom room also has views over the side of the property.

BEDROOM 4
This is a triple bedroom, having 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, this is a lovely room for kids of all ages. With it's chest of drawers and walk-in closet, it has ample room to accommodate all your children's belongings. This room has views to the side of the property.

BEDROOM 5
This is also a triple bedroom, it too has 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed. It has a chest of draws and walk-in closet, and as bedroom 4, can accommodate all your children's belongings. This room has views over the front of the property.

BATHROOM 4
This bathroom is shared with bedrooms 4 & 5 and has a lovely bath with shower-over, wash bowl and toilet. Again the Floridian feel is maintained to enhance your holiday.

Hampton Lakes features it's own Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool, with cabanas, Children's Playground, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court
