It is a quiet, peaceful, gated community of exclusive villas and still less than 3 miles from Disney Main Gate. Within walking distance is Formosa Gardens Village, with a supermarket, 7 great restaurants, walk-in clinic and numerous other shops. Hwy.192, with all of it's restaurants and shops is 1 mile.
