The house is very secluded and the pool/spa face conservation land, making it a quiet, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun. The design of the house is unique with a galleried loft/lounge/entertainment room which doubles as the fourth bedroom with a kingsize sofa bed. Much thought has gone into the decor and furnishings and all beds have duvets and duvet covers for extra comfort and hygiene, as well as comforters--it is your choice
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king size bed,its own en-suite bathroom with oval bath and separate large shower. There are his and hers walk-in wardrobes and as with all other windows in the house, there are attractive drapes to complete the picture.
There is a beautiful lounge with soaring cathedral ceilings and a 37 inch plasma TV which is easily accommated due to the size of the lounge and a dining room with a glass and metal table and matching chairs, with coordinating tableware and serviettes.
The kitchen has an additional table with 6 chairs and every conceivable appliance including a fridge/freezer with iced water ice making facility and a Tv to watch while you prepare dinner. . Also on the ground floor there is a half bathroom and well equipped utility room. Up the stairs you will find the unusual galleried lounge/4th bedroom with king size sofa bed and an attractive pine armoire housing the large TV, VCR ,DVD , and CD Player.There is also a computer desk where you can use your laptop and take advantage of free HIGH SPEED WIRELESS FREE internet access. This room is decorated with a golf theme. There is a further bedroom with queen size bed and a twin room both with TVs and walk in closets, together with another bathroom.
From the patio doors ,you enter the covered patio/lanai,where we have a table and 4 chairs with a matching bar and bar stools and we have added attractive blinds for extra privacy.There is also a large fan to keep you cool on hot Summer days.The pool area is surrounded by tropical palms and seasonal flowering tubs and this area is enclosed with privacy fencing.In fact the whole garden area is a feature of the property offering total privacy due to the large flowers and plants. There is a further landscaped patio/barbeque area to sit and enjoy the late afternoon/evening sun.
Also ,enjoy those rainy days and nights in our games room with air hockey ,football table and full size pool table .Everything has been individually chosen and designed to maintain our very high standards, making what we hope you agree is a truly stunning home for your vacation. |
