Countryside at Tuscan Ridge is a beautiful and peaceful community,made up of a mix of vacation villas and residential homes. Situated on US27 a couple of minutes away from I-4 junction 55 means you have excellent access to airports, Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches. Disney is only 15 minutes away.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has two master suites with king sized beds and beautifully appointed bathrooms. 2 further twin bedrooms share a 3rd bathroom.

The large family room overlooks the pool area and includes comfy sofas, one of which converts to a queen sized bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large capacity fridge/freezer with ice maker and all cooking and dining requirements. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a separate dining room and also an eating nook which also overlooks the pool. The airconditioned games room houses pool table, air hockey, fussball etc

The screened pool area benefits from exposure to day long sunshine and has extended decking which allows greater comfort to enjoy the pool, Jacuzzi or alternatively to soak up the sunshine. If things get too hot the covered fan cooled lanai provides a welcome shady retreat. Pool/ patio furniture is provided.

For your added comfort all bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans and the villa is furnished to an exceptional standard by an interior designer. Your entertainment needs are well catered for with cable TV in all the bedrooms as well as in the family room which also has a DVD/CD/Tuner with a selection of over 40 films anda collection of CDs provided.The villa also boasts a PC with free high speed Internet access (including wireless). A Playstation is provided for the younger guests together with a selection of family games.

A telephone is fitted which gives free calls provided. Additional foldaway beds (to provide an alternative to the sofa bed), and facilities for infants are also provided at no extra cost.

The villa is 10-15 minutes from Disney. Orlando airport is approximately 35 minutes away and Sanford is just over the hour. You can reach the beaches at Clearwater, Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre in 60 minutes. There are numerous restaurants and shops including Walmart and Publix close by on the US27. It is just minutes North to the US192 with all it's attractions ,shops and eating establishments. There are 4 golf courses within 10 minutes including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.
