The very large patio area, overlooking the pool,is a great place to relax. It has plenty of patio furniture and sun loungers and also a gas BBQ.

The villa has four double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed,with ensuite,two further double rooms with queen beds and a twin bedded room. For the comfort of guests the property is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in every room as well as over the patio area. The large open plan lounge/dining area incorporates sliding patio doors to the lanai (pool deck). The kitchen comes complete with oven range,microwave,large fridge freezer with ice maker dishwasher and all necessary utensils and crockery. There is a utility area in the large garage containing washing machine/dryer.
