Tuscan Ridge, Countryside is situated on US 27, it offers easy access to Interstate 4, (less than 5 minutes) and it is the perfect location to base the holiday of a lifetime and visits to all the Walt Disney theme parks are less than 15 minutes away. It is a quiet development where guests of owners share the community with Floridian residents.

This large villa is ideal for two families to share. There is a family room, which leads out to a very large covered lanai, {outdoor seating area} with two ceiling fans, a south facing pool and spacious decked area. ***** NEW FOR 2007 GAMES ROOM WITH POOL TABLE AND AIR HOCKEY ***** Within the family room is a colour television (cable), a DVD player, and a CD radio cassette player. This room, and the villa throughout, is furnished to a high standard. Adjoining the family room is the kitchen and nook {eating area}. This area is open plan with a table and chairs and a state of the art kitchen. The breakfast bar has two stools to allow you to eat in comfort. The kitchen has every modern convenience including a full size cooker, dishwasher, double sink including garbage disposal unit and spray, large fridge freezer with automatic ice-maker and dispenser, microwave oven, kettle and a toaster. A telephone is located in the kitchen area (free local calls). There is a large spacious dining room with large dining table and chairs.

The villa has five good size bedrooms. It has a master suite (king), with separate walk-in shower, large roman bath, his and hers vanity units, toilet and linen closet. The guest master (queen) has its own bathroom with bath, shower, WC and vanity unit. Both bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and large mirrors. There is another bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit and ceramic tile floor. In each master bedroom there are large wardrobes, remote control televisions, telephones and radio alarm clocks. Bedrooms 3 is a sports themed room with twin beds and has a television with DVD player. Bedroom four is a Disney Princess room with twin beds and bedroom five is a Scooby-Doo Room with bunk beds. The bunk room has a television with VCR and also has a desk on which is the internet compuater. A PlayStation 2 (PS2) and games is avialable as are a Playstation One in each of the twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have and ample drawer space. All bed linen and towels are provided but we would ask guests to bring their own beach towels. A high chair and light weight buggy (stroller) are provided and a cot can be hired for a small additional charge.

The laundry room provides a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and vacuum cleaner. This gives access to a double garage which houses a pool table and air-hockey table. The swimming pool is 13 x 26 foot and fully screened, south facing so the sun is on the pool most of the day, (from early morning to sunset). The view from the pool is over meadowland to the rear. Attached to the pool is a Spa/Jacuzzi, which is heated together with the pool. The covered lanai has ceiling fans for the extra hot days and with the deck area provides ample relaxation space for guests. The pool, lanai and deck area are floodlit for that evening dip following a day at the Theme Parks. This area comes complete with luxury pool furniture and sun loungers.

The villa is approximately 12 minutes from Walt Disney World and the main Highway 192. You are just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and approximately 1 hour from Sanford Airport. Being almost central in Florida you are just over an hour away from most of the beaches.
Nearby is a Walgreens Pharmacy which also sells groceries. Approximately five minutes away is a new Publix supermarket which is located next to the superb Championsgate Golf Course.

Access to the I4 and all that Florida has to offer is just 3 minutes away.
