Our villa in Eagle Pointe has been furnished to the highest of standards and is our vacation home which we are extremely proud of.
On one level and fully airconditioned in an attractive and quiet spot on the community, you can relax after a hectic day at the parks, indeed many of our guests just chill out there for the day!

In 2004 we added an extremely good feature, ALL local, long distance and international landline telephone calls made from the villa ARE ABSOLUTELY FREE!!! No need to purchase those fiddly phonecards, just call home and let them know you have arrived safely - FREE OF CHARGE!
LOUNGE
The lounge is very spacious and with cathedral ceilings makes it very welcoming, especially after a long and tiring journey. There are 3 sofas, one of which is a queen sofa bed, a 36 in cable TV, complete with Sony PS2 with two consoles, games, steering wheel and an Xbox with games, DVD/Video with selection of family DVD's/videos, and a CD Stereo player along with CD's. We have added a ceiling fan to really make it nice and cool in those warm summer months. Double, alarmed, patio doors lead out to the pool area; a must if young children are in your party.
MASTER BEDROOM
The Master Bedroom has a KING Size Sleighbed, 26 in Cable TV, alarm clock radio, ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and alarmed double patio doors leading to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom has his 'n hers vanity sinks, oval shaped bath with shower over.
QUEEN BEDROOM
The second bedroom has a Queen-sized Sleighbed, closet, nightstand, clock radio, chest of drawers and 21 in Cable TV/DVD.
TWIN BEDROOM
The third bedroom has twin beds, closet, nightstand and chest of drawers. We've even provided a flat screen TV in this room for the youngsters. The bedding in this room is themed with NASCAR bedlinen.
FAMILY BATHROOM
The family bathroom is located in between the second and third bedrooms. Vanity sink, bath and shower overhead.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer/icemaker, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, electric can opener, electric range, microwave oven/extractor, toaster, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board and glassware. In the double garage lives the washing machine and tumble dryer, no need to take home a suitcase full of dirty clothes!!
GARAGE
The large double garage can easily fit two cars. Access to the garage can be reached via the kitchen.
SWIMMING POOL
And now for the best! The south facing, PRIVATE swimming pool is fully screened, to let in the sun and keep out the bugs. With the covered lanai, dining outside is enjoyable in those hot and humid summer months. Padded loungers and table and chairs make the pool area complete, an ideal place to chill out and relax! |
