Location, location, location! You know these are the top 3 criteria when you are buying a home but consider when choosing your vacation rental - it will save you precious time during your visit. Genuinely just a few minutes drive from Disney, in one of the closest developments to Disney (Maingate is 3 miles away). Highway 192 with all its shops and restaurants is just one minute away but the house is in a quiet residential area - perfect for relaxation!.

The pool is southwest facing and backs on to a conservation area not another property and someone else's pool. There is wider than average space between our neighbours and we have privacy screening.

Our home is close by to several golf courses, from Executive to Championship.

This 3 bed/2 bath house is beautifully furnished and decorated and fully equipped including all linens and towels - even pool towels! (Smoking is allowed only outside the property)

It is privately owned, with our managers always available. The accommodation offers almost 1800 square feet of cooled space (well above average for a 3 bed rental property) and includes a family room with flat screen cable TV and DVD player and a formal dining area and lounge with sofa bed and cable tv - great for chilling out after a hard day at the parks!

The kitchen is fully loaded and equipped with modern appliances - cooker, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and a dishwasher. There is a seperate breakfast nook with full size table and chairs just off the kitchen and there is a washer and dryer in the seperate laundry room.

The Master bedroom has a cable tv and and is light and airy. The large en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a tub and big shower cubicle and seperate wc.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed & bedroom 3 has twin beds and both have full hanging closets and flat sreen cable tvs with built in dvd players. The second bathroom has a tub with shower over, single basin and wc.
We have a carpeted, air-conditioned games room with full-size slate bed pool table, electronic darts, cable tv and ps2.

The fully-screened patio has a southwest facing pool, lights for evenings, privacy fencing and backs onto the woodland of a country club so you won't be overlooked. It has the advantage of a covered lanai area with patio furniture and comfy relaxers to enjoy the sun. We even provide the pool towels for your convenience. Pool heating is available at an additional charge.

Walt Disney World Maingate - 3 miles, just one set of traffic lights.

Universal Studios/Sea World/Island of Adventure 20 minutes away.

Shops and Restaurants of Highway 192 - 1.5 miles


Easy to find from Airports, Orlando International 20-30 minutes, Sanford around 45 minutes away.
