Our home is located on THE premier 5* gated community in the Disney area Windsor Palms. Our home is set in a peaceful location yet only 3.5 miles from Disney (yes - just 5 mins drive).

Renting our home gives you automatic membership to use the resort amenities. A 24 hour gated entrance provides security. Our 4 BEDROOM, 3 BATHROOM LUXURY VILLA sleeps up to 8 people (or 10 with the sofa-bed). It has an upgraded 30ft by 15ft private pool plus a Hot Spa and extended pool deck. Our home is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. We have 4 bedrooms, including 2 Master en-suites which make it perfect for 2 families sharing. Ceiling Fans in the Two Masters, Lounge, and the covered Lanai. We have converted the garage to a Games room, with Air Hockey, Pool and Darts. One Master Bedroom has a King size bed, with a Queen size bed in the second Master room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, and share a further bathroom.

The lounge overlooks the pool and deck area and features Cable TV and Video, as well as a Playstation 2 for the kids. All bedrooms have TV's, with Master Bed 1 having a DVD & Video player, and Master Bed 2 having a DVD player. The telephone permits free local calls, with a facility for credit card calls elsewhere.

The pool area has a covered lanai - perfect for those who feel that the sun is getting too much, and ample loungers and chairs are provided for your relaxation. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, larder fridge with freezer and ice-maker, microwave etc, with the washing machine and tumble dryer located in a separate utility room. The kitchen has a nook area for informal dining, which again has excellent views over the pool area.

The unit is fully air-conditioned, and all Linen and Towels (including pool towels) are supplied. In the interests of all of our guests, there are no pets or smoking allowed in the house - you can smoke in the patio area.
We have a games room in the garage with Air Hockey, Pool, and magnetic darts.

Windsor Palms is a premier location which offers fast and easy access to the major Theme Parks. I-4 is also within easy reach offering access to the Gulf Coast and Busch Gardens in Tampa, which are about an hour's drive, as well as Sea World and Universal Studios, which are about 15-20 minutes drive. Orlando International Airport is about a 20 minute drive away.
Less than a 2 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and plenty of choice for dining out, including TGI Friday's, Carrubba's Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Key W Kools, Red Lobster, etc.

There are several championship golf courses a short drive away with one golf course within walking distance at Mystic Dunes Golf Course.
