The impressive entrance leads to a living room, stylishly furnished with marble top tables and two comfortable sofas. Attractive formal dining room with high ceilings and formal sitting room with carved wood sofa and marble top table has garden views to the front of the home.

Sliding doors lead out to the swimming pool and patio area. The home is equipped with the large screen stereo TV, audio system, DVD and CD player.

Large thoughtfully-equipped kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and automatic icemaker.A separate utility room has full-size family washer and dryer.

Classically furnished master bedroom with king size bed has large walk-in closets & TV. En suite bathroom features separate oversized bath & walk-in shower.

Second bedroom has queen size bed and large closets. The third & fourth bedrooms have twin beds. A second luxury bathroom has shower, toilet and single vanity basin. For convenience this bathroom also opens onto the pool deck.
