Our Holiday Villa is located in Kissimmee on the resort manned and gated community of Windsor Palms. Just off the 192 at Splendid China, with supermarkets, restaurants and shops a 2 minute drive away.

Our Brand new villa (completed in October 2002) is spacious and open plan. Beautifully furnished sitting and dining areas with television and VCR. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen and breakfast area. A full size self cleaning oven with ceramic top, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Separate utility room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Key pad access no keys need. There are fans in every bedroom and also in the lounge There are two master bedrooms one with a king size bed one with a queen size bed. Television and DVD in both bedrooms and both bedrooms have en-suites and walk in wardrobes. The two other bedrooms one of which is Disney themed have TV's, have two single beds in each and wardrobes and share the bathroom. The lounge has a Queen sofa bed which sleeps two. All bathrooms have hairdryers.The Pool/Spa area has been upgraded to provide a large 15`x 30` heatable pool, extra sitting area and covered lanai. It is south west facing and overlooks a lovely conservation area. There are four padded loungers and four pool chairs on the pool deck. A gas barbecue is available.The villa is also equipped with a stroller, fold away cot, high chair etc.All towels including Pool towels and all linen provided.All phone calls including long distance are free.Games room added with pool table and table tennis table And TV Wireless internet connection free for your use
