Superb location; the villa is in a quiet cul de sac backing on to a wooded preserve and a picturesque lake, with the garden extending down to the lakeside.
Thousand Oaks is situated off the Old Lake Wilson Road (CR545) which takes you to the Disney end of the 192. This fun packed highway runs through Kissimmee and is full of restaurants, shops and many other attractions. Disney World is under a 15 minute drive away
Locally we have the ChampionGate Golf complet with a Publix Supermarket, Chili’s Mexican (240 seater) Grill/Steakhouse, several small restaurants and a drive through McDonald’s. Closer still we have near the south entrance our local Chevron Gas Station and Food Mart selling everything from UK newspapers to drinks and even take away meals and at the north exit, a CVS pharmacy ,open to midnight, also stocking basic food and drinks and a Pizza Hut restaurant.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and large seated shower cubicle, WC and large walk-in wardrobe and with a safe facility available for your valuables. The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower and is situated between the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is twin bedded and Bedroom 3 has a double bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable TV. A cot and high chair are also available for smaller guests.

The main lounge looks out to the covered lanai and pool area and has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. The TV lounge is in the middle of the house and has a large L shaped corner sofa to relax in. In addition to the 32 in Cable TV is a 6 speaker surround sound Home Theatre System for listening to DVD's or CD's. It also has radio and a Microsoft X-Box games console connected to it.

Digital Cable TV with enhanced channel selection, telephone with FREE local and long distance calls (US & Canada) and High Speed “Road Runner” wireless broadband internet connection.

A radio/intercom system is installed in each bedroom and the kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer with automatic ice maker, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cookware and utensils. There are 3 eating areas; the dining room with a table and 6 chairs and the nook with a table and 4 chairs which leads out to the pool area should you prefer to eat outside.

The covered lanai makes an ideal location for BBQ's safe from any sudden showers and leads to a large patio, fully equipped with luxury recliners and chairs. The Pool is 33' x 14' and is solar heated with optional electric heating available for the winter months. The spa air blowers and under water lighting are operated from the control unit just inside the villa.

A mature hedge of Bottlebrush trees has been planted to screen the pool from the adjacent property for your privacy.

At the side of the villa is a concrete practice basketball court should you feel energetic.

The laundry has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linens and bath/hand towels are provided. Quick entry through the games room using the remote controlled door opener as you draw up in your car..

The house is set in landscaped gardens with timed irrigation to keep them lush and green. Our Management Company maintains the pool and gardens weekly to keep them in top condition..
