We love our Florida home and are happy when our friends family or rental guests enjoy it too.Now that the bedrooms and bathrooms have been themed its even better.

Indian Creek is the perfect location with its quiet surroundings and close to Disney, 4 miles drive. After a busy day after leaving Disney you can be cooling off in your own private pool. It faces a lovely conservation area and has the sun from early morn till late.

We have 2 ensuites, one with the main bedroom and one with the queen double room. A 23ft by 13ft pool with large deck area.

The house can sleep up to 10 if you use the sofa bed in the family area. But for two families the 2 double rooms and two twins are great. Everyone can have their own space.

The family room has a patio door to the pool area and is alarmed for young children so they are always safe. This is to fit in with the law of Florida. The formal dining room leads on from the family room and can seat up to 8 adults. The main bedroom also has patio doors to the pool and on the other side, from the twin rooms, is a single door to the pool. Again all alarmed to keep an eye on the children.

The house is very light and airy with high ceilings and is fully air conditioned so its always cool inside even though its hot outside!

TV and VCR and DVD player(50 plus channels)

The patio doors open to a covered lanai and then a large pool and deck area. Outside are 4 large chairs and table then four loungers. The pool has steps into the shallow area and a seat at the deep end. Heating is optional and paid for separately.

The main master bedroom also has patio doors to the pool area. It has telephone, TV, Hairdryer and an amazing en suite. A double shower, 2 sinks, corner bath and loo!
The other queen double bedroom has a bath, shower, sink and loo and hairdryer. The twin rooms have a central bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet.

The open plan kitchen leads on from the family room and formal dining area. The space is amazing plenty of room for helpers!!! The washing machine and tumble dryer (which are brilliant) are hidden away in the garage.

There are no traffic problems where the house is situated, nice and quiet, in a small sub division.Located off the 192 highway. Interstate 4 is only ten minutes away. Toll free access to Orlando or the coast.

This is a non-smoking home and we request that smoking only takes place outside. We would really appreciate that, thank you.
