Our SOUTH FACING luxury villa is situated just off the perfectly located US27 in the country location of Davenport.

Tuscan Ridge "Countryside" is close to Disney World (12 minutes) and other Florida attractions, restaurants, golf courses and shops.

Just 6 minutes from the fantastic new Champions Gate golf course designed by Greg Norman.

Description

The villa is fully air conditioned and comprises two master suites (one 6ft US king bed one 5 ft US queen bed) both leading to the pool area and both with cable TV). Two further twin bedrooms.
The kitchen is very well equipped with many additional cooking utensils and appliances. The Laundry Room is housed separately ensuring noise is kept to a minimum.

The family room has cable TV and is contemporarily furnished to a high standard with big comfy sofas and cushions plus an array of family books and games. There are two dining areas (formal dining and breakfast nook) both overlooking the pool. The Living Room houses a queen sized sofa bed. A crib is available for families with babies, a bed safety guard for toddlers and a roll-away bed makes our villa suitable for 11 people plus a baby/toddler.

The fully screened south facing pool area has an excellent oversize deck with plenty of space for sun lovers and swimmers - two tables, eight chairs and pool loungers. Twin outdoor ceiling fans and lighting is provided under the shade of the lanai for hot days and balmy evenings.

Area Information, Attractions & Distances

The villa is a 12-15 minute drive to Disney, approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 50 minutes from Sanford Airport, 55 Minutes from Tampa International Airport. 25 minutes from Universal Studios and 60 minutes from the beaches at Clearwater or Cocoa Beach. There is a very convenient Walgreens pharmacy just 2 minutes away, also selling essential groceries. Two new Publix Supermarkets: one just 4 minutes away and the other 6 minutes and close to the fabulous new Champions Gate Gold Course. The US 192 is just 5 minutes north with restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a 24 hour Wal-Mart about 10 minutes drive away with the I4 just 3 minutes south on the US 27.

All the above rates include tax, electricity and gas. There is no charge for your end of holiday home clean.

£100 deposit per week required.
