The house was divided years ago into two independent, fully equipped units with a common wall. Both units have lots of great features - see the list below and the photos. New owners Pat Garrett and Oliver Woshinsky are committed to providing responsible renters with excellent value and a vacation experience they will want to repeat again and again.

Captain's Cabin - Living spaces include comfortable living room, family room with sleep sofa and dining area, and beautiful lanai (screened porch) with a futon for sleeping outdoors. Bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. Three full baths have showers. A spacious carport, a laundry closet, an outdoor shower and a garden hideaway complete the space.

Captain's Deck - A comfortable living and dining area opens onto a private patio and a shared garden area at the back of the house. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and one has two new twin beds; both have spacious closets. The bathroom has a shower. A laundry and storage room opens from the patio, and an outdoor shower is available at the side of the house.
