OUR HOLIDAY HOME in Sunset Lakes is family-owned and beautifully furnished in a Hawaiian theme, thus its name "ALOHA". It is a truly spacious, fully air-conditioned house, suitable for two families and featuring the following.
THE GROUND FLOOR: centers around the family room and kitchen, with the breakfast room conveniently off the kitchen. Cool Italian floor tiles stretch from the front entrance to the sliding glass door leading to the pool patio. The family room and sitting room provide the space and facilities to accommodate everyone's needs, including Sat.TV,FREE MOVIE CHANNEL & SETANTA SPORTS, VCR and Radio/CD player, plus overhead fans. 2nd Master Double Bedroom with Queen-size bed, TV and patio doors which open onto the pool patio with views across the lake. Also a Mickey & Minnie Twin bedroom, with Sat.TV & DVD Player. Between these two bedrooms, there is a full bathroom with shower, a half bathroom and a laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR: to one side of the gallery, is a further Double Bedroom with a Queen-size bed Plus Sat.TV and and overhead fan. A second twin bedroom with Sat.TV.& overhead fan. At the other end of the gallery is the Master Suite, with its balcony over-looking the pool area and panoramic lake view. This has a KING-size bed, overhead fan and Sat.TV. The sumptuous bathroom has his'n'hers inset wash basins, king-size oval bath, large shower cubicle, toilet and walk-in dressing room. THE POOL AREA:NOT OVERLOOKED/ SCREENED BY FLORIDA GLASS AND BUSHES, has an extended patio area to ensure that all guests have a place by the pool. There are sun beds, chairs, tables, outside fan and a BBQ . FULL SIZE POOL TABLE AND AIR HOCKEY TABLE, so enjoy your holiday.
SUNSET LAKES, is less than 4 miles West of Disney, just off Highway 192 and close to Splendid China. It is a small, exclusive, gated community of up-market executive homes built around two lakes and bordering extensive conservation land.
