Our villa at "Lake Berkley" is beside a lake which is fully south facing. Disney is just five miles away. Highway 192 is just a ¼ mile away (marker 14) where you will find an abundance of major stores, vast gift shops, international restaurants, buffets and take-aways, minigolf courses, brand name outlets as well as a Wal-Mart 24hr Supercentre and much more. The junction of Highways 192 & 535 is just 2 miles.

Our villa is furnished to the HIGHEST standards and equipped with all the extras you would expect in a luxury home.
The accommodation features a spacious, fully fitted kitchen complete with large refrigerator/freezer with auto ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, toaster, etc. There is a cozy breakfast nook and a separate dining area. The living area has Cable TV (with over 70 channels) DVD, VCR, Stereo Hi-Fi, portable Hi-Fi with CD, PlayStation and game, selection of Videos, selection of books and board games. The cathedral ceiling and foliage cascading down the walls has the true Florida feel. Patio door leads to the screened outdoor dining area and pool which overlooks a lake just a few yards away.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, with 22" Cable TV and VCR. It also has an en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and patio doors opening directly onto the pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed and Cable TV with VCR and the third bedroom, in 'Winnie the Pooh' theme, has twin beds and Cable TV with VCR. All bedrooms have radio/clock alarms.

The large, private, south-facing, screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing to your hearts content and is only a few yards from the lakeside, where a variety of ducks and cranes regularly visit. Lighting in and around the pool allow you to enjoy the pool area any time of day or night.
The outside dining area, with overhead fan, is spacious and comfortable with a large table and 6 chairs with deep padded seating and 4 full length loungers also with deep padded cushions.

The use of our Full Gas Barbeque (optional extra) requires a minimal extra deposit. There is a 2-seater swing with canopy and we have also fitted a poolside shower for your pleasure and convenience.
The pool is usually pleasantly warm from April through to October.
The heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time of year. This you can decide before or after you arrive.
