Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is a prestigious holiday and golfing community set in beautiful countryside surrounded by orange groves, oaks and pine trees. It is situated on US Highway 27, approx 2 miles south of US Highway 192. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are only a short drive away and Disney World is just a 15 minute drive away.

Our beautiful new villa is fully air conditioned and has over 3000 sq ft of superior living accommodation. It is fully furnished to a high standard. With 5/6 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms and a fully screened pool and Jacuzzi and a Games Room our luxury villa has everything you need for a great holiday.

This very spacious villa has Three Master Suites making it ideal for two families. The Main Master Suite is exceptional and has a king size bed, cable TV and a luxuriously fitted en-suite bathroom. The bathroom comprises of a marble corner bath, large walk in shower, two vanity units and a separate toilet.

The Second Master Suite has a queen size bed, cable TV and a luxury en-suite bathroom and the Third Master Suite has a king size bed, cable TV and a luxury en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom and can have access to share the en-suite bathroom of the Third Master Suite. Bedroom 5 is also a twin bedroom and is conveniently located next door to the cabana bathroom.

The villa has two living areas. The spacious family room is at the centre of the villa and has a cable TV, DVD Player and a CD Music System. There is also a separate living room/Bedroom 6 at the front of the villa. This extra room with cable TV and VCR is perfect for two families sharing as it provides that extra space for a quiet moment to read or relax or alternatively a room where the children can watch their own TV programmes! A day bed is provided in this room which converts into the additional beds required for when there are 12 guests in the villa.

The luxury fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and there is an adjoining breakfast area. For more formal dining occasions there is a separate elegant dining room.

There is also a Games Room with a full size American pool table and air hockey table.

Outside there is a fully screened 30ft x 15ft swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The extended pool deck area is very spacious and can accommodate two families with ease. The pool area also benefits from a covered lanai providing a pleasant area to eat meals "al-fresco" as well as providing some shade if required.
