The villa has an electric heated free form pool covered by a lanai and has a southern aspect (ideal for sunbathing). The 1200 square foot pool area is larger than most homes and allows plenty of room for both sunbathing and outdoor eating and bar-b-queing.
From the pool a garden path leads to our sundeck and boat dock which are over the water. From here you can relax and enjoy a drink and some wonderful sunsets.
The villa has four bedroom all with own bathroom. All have cable TV.
The reception areas have magnificent red oak floors and are open plan, with a seperate TV room so that the main reception areas are not disturbed by TV. The large kitchen comfortably seat eight and the both this area and the living area have views of the pool and river.The gardens are mature with sub tropical planting. Our 23 foot ProSport (2001) is available for hire.

Our two storey 4000+ square feet villa is located in a quite cul de sac on a 200 foot wide deep water canal in the Cape Coral yacht club area with gorgeous views of the river. Cape Coral is a water sport paradise and the islands and beaches of Sanibel and Captiva are only minutes away by boat.
Area Information, Attractions & Distances
Cape Coral (the Venice of America) is a boater paradise and the islands and beaches of Sanibel and Captiva are about 15 minutes away by boat. The Gulf is on our doorstep with some great fishing. Our villa is 20 minutes from Fort Myers South West Florida Airport. The Cape Coral Golf and Country Club is five minutes drive. The Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach area is five minutes walk or you can use our bicycles. For the shopper there are two outlet malls within twenty minutes drive.
