The villa is in the quiet residential Country club estates of Palm Bay, close to Melbourne on the East Coast.

The villa, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is set in a third of an acre with a large solar heated screened pool and includes a portable child safety screen. The rear lawn and garden including the pool are fenced for privacy.

The villa is fully air conditioned and includes a fitted kitchen, lounge, dining area, family room, laundry room and covered open air patio.

Accommodation is provided for 6-8 people with two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofabed if required.

For families with young children, the pool has a portable safety screen (especially important to infants/toddlers), and the villa includes a high chair, bouncy chair, crib, travel cot, stroller and eating utensils. Most kitchen cabinets and electrical sockets have childproof catches.

For eating in, all three major supermarket chains are within a 5 minute drive.
For eating out, the list is almost endless from an Australian steak house through Chinese, Greek, Italian and Japanese to an all you can eat restaurant with its own micro brewery.
Family restaurants (Dennys, Shoneys, Golden Corral, Boston Market etc) are nearby, as too are all the major fast food chains.
And after all that, the pool - 10 seconds.
