Our villa is situated within the exclusive gated community of Beachwalk Isles - just 5 minutes drive from Ft Myers Beach and 10 minutes drive from the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Our spacious home overlooks a lake, has a solar and electric heated pool and is on a corner lot.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite consists of a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are located close to each other sharing a bathroom.

There are 2 living areas within the villa, one a quiet lounge and the other a family room overlooking the pool. We have 2 dining areas within the home and a large fully equipped kitchen and laundry area.

Outside we have a Roman style solar and electric heated pool with a large deck area overlooking the lake. There are plenty of sun loungers and a covered eating area with table and chairs.

Our villa is situated close to Fort Myers Beach which is long and sandy with a mixture of restaurants and quiet areas. The beaches in this area are famous for their dolphin watching, shells and turtles (in season). The nature reserves on the islands of Sanibel and Captiva are only 10 mins drive away. The Fort Myers are offers many activities including, boating, fishing and shopping. The closest airport is at Fort Myers (RSW), 15 mins drive away. Tampa is 2 hours and Miami is 2.5 hours. Orlando is between 2.5 and 3 hours.
