Stayed at this villa for one week in September 2010 (wish it could have been longer) Villa had a home from home feel and would definately recommend to friends and family and would use again. Everything you could need was there. Nice location, close to supermarket and a very nice Chinese takeaway !

We stayed in this property for 3 weeks over Christmas and again for 3 weeks over Easter. We could not fault it.
It was cosy when the weather outside was cold, and cool when the weather outside was hot - just what you want!
It is in a good location only 15 - 20 minutes from Orlando aiport, and everything inside was in good working order. All the furnishings are top quality - you are guaranteed a good night's sleep in the kingsize bed!
Mark and Ali were very helpful when we twice needed to extend our stay due to flights home being cancelled (by snow in Jan/volcano in April).
We have stayed in quite a few houses in Florida as we are doing medical treatment for our son in Melbourne on the east coast; this is the best house that we have stayed in. We would highly recommend it.
Great pool, good selection of pots and pans and crockery etc in the kitchen; lots of books and DVDs to choose from.
And on the occasions when we had contact with the management company, they were fine too.

We had a fabulous time in Florida. A large part of that was due to the fabulous villa with a pool that was thoroughly enjoyed by the children after a long day at the theme parks. The children also made the most of viewing the Disney DVDs. The villa was spacious and comfortable and is like a home-from-home.
Mark and Ali are very helpful. They provided good advice and guidance prior to our trip and were very prompt in every aspect.

Excellent villa. Very clean and spacious and well equipped for a family. Location of villa very quiet, easy to get to and plenty to do around. Pool was lovely and warm after a day at the parks. I would be happy to recommend to others and be happy to use this villa again. Many thanks Alison for your help with information before flying out and when we arrived.
This was our second visit to the villa and again did not fail to impress us. Location to all the attractions,shops etc is just perfect approx 25 minutes.The villa is well maintained and tidy with a very nice swimming pool which our grand daughter loved.

Tuesday, February 17, 2009 Reviewer: Alison From: Victoria, BC, Canada We had two golfing couples in our party and stayed at Mark and Ali's villa over Christmas 2008. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. All the comforts of home are there including very good wireless for your laptop (we had many Skype "visits" with our families over Xmas!), free telephone across Canada and the US, and great HBO cable complete with PVR! Then there is the big library of DVD's, CD's, books and games! The home is clean and well furnished (comfy beds!) and the pool is wonderful. The neighbourhood is easy to find and safe. We had terrific weather for our golf games (and the cost of golf is reasonable too!). If we decide to golf Florida again we'll be contacting Mark and Ali and we have already recommended their home to our friends.
