The villa is decorated, cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. There are 4 beds and 2 baths (1 en-suite), plus a games room. here is a separate lounge, dining, family and breakfast rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to help you prepare a simple snack or a full meal.

The south facing pool (30ft x 22ft) is fully screened and heated, also a large lanai if you prefer to relax in the shade. Poolside furniture and pool towels are all on site for your enjoyment.
Our villa is located in Sunridge Woods, a select residential community situated on County Route 54, just 2 miles east of Interstate 4, approx. 10 mins. drive to Disney and the major Theme Parks, restaurants and 'fast food' outlets on the US 192. Champions Gate, a large golf complex, is only 3 mins away. The villa is in a secluded location on a large plot with a conservation area to the rear, providing ample privacy.

Discount considered for 3 + week bookings. Booking of less than one week please add cleaning fee of £50/$75. All taxes included and the price is per villa.
Pool heating additional cost of £100 / $150 per week (booked prior to departure)
DEPOSITS :- £100/$150 per week (non refundable) with booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure plus £200/$350 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be returned once management company have checked the villa.
