Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa has lovely open views from the rear over a lake and the Long Marsh Golf Course. It is only about 15 minutes drive from the Gulf Coast and its beaches, and you will be spoilt for choice for golf courses. Plenty of shopping and a wide choice of places to eat out nearby.

Our house is 30 minutes from the I75 highway, which gives easy access to many other attractions on the Gulf Coast at Tampa, Sarasota and Ft Meyers, and there are many picturesque islands and State Parks and wildlife preserves nearby.

Completed in July 2000, the property is built to a high standard and has everything needed for a relaxing holiday by a couple or family. There is a large master bedroom with TV, an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and separate laundry. Outside is a generous 30 foot swimming pool and spacious sun deck with sun beds. Inside is a dining area for 6, or you can eat outside where there is a gas barbecue.
