Our villa is truly magnificent, it is on one of the largest plots on the development with a spectacular, 50' completely private back garden, and a massive 30' X 15' swimming pool with extended patio area. It has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two further bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom, making it ideal for two families sharing. The villa is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all amenities.
MASTER BEDROOM 1 Patio doors to porch and pool. King size bed (6ft). Huge, en-suite bathroom with corner bath, walk in shower, toilet and double vanity basins. Cable TV.
MASTER BEDROOM 2 Queen size bed. En-suite with large walk in shower, basin and toilet. Cable TV.
BEDROOM 3 with twin beds. Alternatively, these two single beds can be made up as one double bed; extra bed linen is provided for this.
BEDROOM 4: Disney themed room with bunk beds
All bedrooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space.
3rd BATHROOM with bath, shower, basin and toilet.
LIVING ROOM: with patio doors to patio/pool. 28 inch cable TV. Hi-Fi. Video with a wide selection of movies, books, games and a MICROSOFT X-BOX with games.
DINING AREA with dining table and 6 chairs
KITCHEN with table and 4 chairs. Dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste disposal unit, fridge with ice maker. Crockery etc for 12. Telephone.
GARAGE with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, baby buggy, high chair & travel cot.
OUTSIDE Covered porch leading to patio and pool area with recliners and tables/chairs. Leading to secluded garden with barbecue patio.
Our housekeeper will ensure that the villa is immaculate for your arrival and the pool is cleaned weekly. A full complement of linen is provided. |
