Our villa is fully furnished and kept to the highest standards at all times. We have a local management company to support guests with whatever they need including theme park tickets and evening show tickets. Our villa is centrally heating and fully air-conditioned, High speed internet. We have ceiling fans in every room for our guests extra comfort including the lanai in the pool area.
Every room has Cable TV connection with channels inc Disney and Nicolodean for the kids and Hallmark and ESPN for the older kids. The living area has Soft lighting with uplighter and side table lamp and large 3 seater sofa (convetable to large double bed, and 2 seater sofas.
With the extra comforts of two master bedrooms both with Queen sized beds and with full en-suite bathrooms its ideal for two families sharing, plus a themed twin bedroom with sponge bob and the disney princesses and a further family bathroom.
All bedrooms have a selection of drawer and built-in wardrobes, so plenty of storage to fully unpack no need to live out of you suitcases at our villa.
Outside we have our very own privately screened shaped pool measuring 12x24 with no rear neighbours. The views are breathtaking and with the clever choice of shrubs making it private and comfortable, complimented nicely by soft patio furniture with reclining seats and loungers relaxation by the pool is a must after the busy days at the theme parks.
We have really tried to make it home from home with everything you could possibly need. Full bed linen, towels, hair dryers, Gas BBQ, cable TV package, DVD, Video players and selection of films inc childrens selection, but to name a few, you really just need to get yourselves there to fully appreciate and enjoy everything our villa & Florida has to offer.
For our smaller guests, we have a selection of toys, & high chair, strollers and a travel cot are available at no extra cost.

A spacious and spotless lakeside villa in the peaceful award winning development of Bridgewater Crossing. Our detached villa is located on a large corner plot, it enjoys high spped wireless internet, cable tv with over 100 channels including disney, ESPN and every room enjoys cable TV. It has two master bedrooms with own en suite bathrooms, a further twin bedroom and family bathroom. The living area is very spacious with large Dining and Living area and Kitchen measuring 14x14.
Bridgewater Crossing is a traditional sidewalk community with many lakes ideal setting for fishing, walking. Our villa is located on the edge of a large pond and within a small development of just 20 villas on a no through road. Bridgewater Crossing is off CR54 (ronald Reagan Parkway which is within 2 mins of the I4 (junction 58) and Champions Gate and Reunion Just 10 mins from the entrances of Walt Disney World, All Orlando's attractions within easy reach.
On the estate are tennis courts, volley ball court, basketball court, BBQ area, children's play area and a communal pool and a 45 acre deep water lake and lakefront nature trail.
There is a gas station about 2 mins away which sells your basic provisions, milk, bread, butter, fruit, vegetables.
There is a 36 hole golf course designed by Gregg Norman called "The Champions Gate" which is just 5 mins away and a brand new Publix supermarket, Chinese takeaway,subways, McDonalds and video rental store at its entrance. There is also a post office (5 mins), pharmacy (4 mins) and restaurants (5 mins) on the US27 away.
Our local agent will be on-call 24 hours a day for emergencies. We will supply maps on how to get to the villa and driving instructions to various locations within the area.
