Our stunning villa is located in a small, quiet exclusive gated community called Sunset Lakes. This “Top of the range location”, with luxury houses situated around two private lakes, is truly just 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Its proximity to Disney World makes it very convenient to return to your villa mid-afternoon for a swim or siesta before returning to the theme parks/shopping in the evenings.

This beautiful property overlooks the largest of the two lakes from the south facing pool area and master bedroom balcony. The pool area also boosts an oversized deck giving you and your family plenty of room to play or sunbathe on the numerous quality sun loungers. It is very private at the rear of the home making it perfect for breakfasting or dining ‘Alfresco”. The spa, with a waterfall feature, is great for smaller children and babies as it is warmer than the big pool and they can toddle around on the seats.

As well as all day sunshine on our deck, there is all day shade to escape from the summer sun on our deck. Not all villas have this!

Location:
Sunset Lakes is located just off the main 192 West. Disney World Resort is approx. 5 minutes drive. Universal Studios Wet ‘N’ Wild, Sea World and the International Drive area 10–15 minute drive. There are many fabulous golf courses within a 5 min drive. There are many, many shops, restaurants and supermarkets all within a 2-minute drive. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive. Sanford Airport is 1-hour drive. Beached and Gulf Coast 1.5 hours drive

How to make a reservation:
1. Email or call me with your final requirements, your address and contact numbers; I will reconfirm availability
2. I will email or mail you a confirmation letter, a booking form and a copy of our terms
3. Return your completed booking form with a 10% deposit to hold the reservation. The final balance, plus a £150.00 refundable security deposit, is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Access codes and directions are given at this time.

Golf, tennis, shopping malls and many other attractions along Highway 192.
