The villa is situated in a private position overlooking the 14th fairway on the Links Golf Course. It has a private solar heated pool, with plenty of decking, protected by a fine screen mesh which enables sunbathing and eating out without bugs. There is a covered area outside with a ceiling fan and shade.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite with large shower, WC, and double vanity unit. Patio doors lead to the pool area.
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds, ample wardrobe space and are either side of the family bathroom, which has a bath with overhead shower, WC and single vanity unit.
There is open planned living space providing lounge and dinning areas. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate laundry room.
All linen and towels, including beach towels are provided.
Backing onto the 14th fairway of the Links golf course at Fairway Oaks, Hudson. 30 mins from Tampa airport, close to beaches, golf courses, shops and many restaurants.
Area Information, Attractions & Distances
Tampa, with all its attractions and international airport, has been bought closer with the completion of a new (inexpensive) toll road. The airport is 30 mins away, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island (water park) are both under 40 mins. Buccaneer Bay (natural springwater water park) and Weeki Wachee are 25 mins drive. Disney world, Universal Studios, sea world etc.. are all between 1.5 to 2 hours away. Beaches; Hudson 10 mins, Clearwater 40 mins, St. Pete's 45 mins. With many other beautiful beaches nearby. There are numerous golf courses locally, from smaller 9 holes for the beginner, to the championship Links course on which the villa is situated. The villa is 5 mins from highway 19, along which you will find many shops, restaurants and other local facilities.
