Location

Situated off County road 54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) at Sunridge Woods, our Florida villa is just 15 minutes from Disneyworld and is only about five minutes drive from the Champions Gate golf and shopping complex, which includes a supermarket, restaurants, dry cleaners, bank etc.
The 192 with many restaurants and shops is about a 10 min.drive. The nearest exit to reach Sunridge Woods from Interstate 4 is exit 58 (old exit 24), which is only about 2 miles.
The villa backs onto a small peaceful lake, where many different kinds of birds can be observed, and is not overlooked by neighbouring villas and pool enclosures. There is also a petrol station/convenience store nearby which sells some food and takeaway meals.

Description

Our three bedroom villa includes master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room, bedroom two is a double, bedroom three is a twin. The lounge has an entertainment centre, playstation 2 with DVD and cable television. From the Kitchen/diner patio doors lead into the pool enclosure.

The 30' x 15' pool (larger than some) is solar heated (no extra charges), but we have electric pool heating if required, between Nov. and March, at an additional charge.
There are sun loungers as well as table and chairs. Behind the pool there is a grass area that leads down to the small private lake where fishing is allowed on a catch and return rule.

Not overlooked by neighbouring pool enclosures the villa is ideally situated with pine trees to the rear and palm trees at the front. The garage houses a full size table tennis table.

Area Information, Attractions & Distances

Both of the main AIRPORTS Orlando International and Sanford are situated just off Interstate 4 and are just 30 and 60 mins. drive respectively.
All the main attractions are within twenty minutes drive, DISNEYWORLD being just 15 mins. and Universal / Sea World about 20 mins. Both easily reached from Interstate 4, which is only 2 mins drive away.
Also well situated to get to Tampa airport and Busch Gardens, which takes approx. 1 hour.
