Located on the SW Florida Gulf Coast, our spacious lakeside villa is situated on the quiet prestigious Wellington Lakes residential development in south Fort Myers. The Fort Myers - Sanibel area is known as – “Florida’s Tropical Island Paradise”.

Ideally situated for a wonderful vacation with nearby beautiful white sand beaches offering both watersports and quiet seclusion. Experience romantic sunsets, take advantage of the fishing and golf activities, see the nature reserves and eco parks, visit the museums, restaurants and shops or just sit back, relax and watch the wildlife from the pool deck.

Our larger than average 3 bedroom home (2000 sq ft of air-conditioned living space)comprises a large lounge with two sofas, coffee tables, and TV / DVD and a dining area with table and six chairs. The breakfast room overlooks the pool deck and lake and also has a table and six chairs. In addition there is a den with large sofa, TV / VCR, and desk, which provides the luxury and comfort of a second separate sitting room.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room.

The master suite has a king-sized bed, and large en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The second bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and the twin-bedded third bedroom share the second bathroom, which has a bath with shower. All bedrooms have TV.

Our home is fully equipped for all your needs, air conditioned throughout and with ceiling fans in all rooms.

The extra large, 1150 sq ft, screened pool deck overlooks the lake and contains a large patio table with six chairs and four sun loungers. The 28’ x 14’ heated pool, with underwater lighting, has the benefits of BOTH solar and electric heating to maximise pool temperatures during the winter months. The lanai provides shade and protection from the hot sun. There is also a lanai fan, and gas grill / BBQ

Safety features include emergency lighting, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and child alarms on all doors that lead to the pool area.

There is a large double garage with an electrically operated door.

Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are only a 10 minute drive. Historic Naples with its designer shops and restaurants is only 45 minutes away and the Everglades are within an hours drive.
The area boasts over 50 public and semi-private golf courses (nearest less than ½ mile), and 11 Eco Parks and nature reserves. Fort Myers is the spring training base for the Twins and the Red Sox. Thomas Edison and Henry Ford both had winter homes on the riverfront in Fort Myers, which are open to the public.
South West Florida Airport is 20 mins away and Tampa and Miami airports approximately a two and a half hours drive.
