This luxury pool home is beautifully decorated and includes TWO master bedrooms. This means that two families can share the house and still enjoy the privacy and convenience of a private bath in each master suite. The home sleeps as many as 14.We use the home frequently ourselves, so it is kept to the highest standard.
The pool (and the back of the house) border a wooded preserve and have a southern exposure, which is critical during the cooler months.
The master bedrooms feature private baths and cable TV's. The Great Room includes a cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, PlayStation 2, and triple pane sliding glass doors which open to the pool area and overlooks the forest preserve. The Great Room also includes a queen sized sleeper sofa. One of the other bedrooms has a queen-size bed and cable TV, two bedrooms have two twin beds each (decorated in Disney themes for the children). The sixth bedroom, which can also be a reading room, has a queen sofa bed and its own cable TV.
The private pool area is fully screen-enclosed and has much more privacy than usual since there is a wooded area behind it instead of another home. Poolside table and chairs for outside dining are included. The house includes all towels and linens, a fully equipped kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, and many other amenities. The home is kid-friendly with games and videos for their use. There is a removable fence between the lounge and pool areas, for your children's safety.
Our house is locally managed by one of the area's most respected management companies, and is fully licensed for short term rentals. The management company is on call 24 hours in case of emergency.
