The beautiful setting of Lake Berkley is fast becoming one of the most sought after locations in Kissimmee, set within gorgeous orange groves and woodland surroundings. Located in Formby Court, Lake Berkley, Kissimmee, the villa is a single-storey, five bedroom, three bathroom house with upgrades in virtually every area. It dominates a prime location within a cul-de-sac overlooking the lake and boating area.

The villa was completed in September 2001 and is fully air conditioned with decor and furnishings having been upgraded to the highest standard - offering everything for the whole family.

The villa is controlled by a Management Agency whose main office is five minutes from Lake Berkley and whose purpose is to provide all the assistance and needs you may have. They provide cleaning, fresh linens, and can offer additional cots, high chairs, and virtually anything else you may need to ensure you have the best holiday experience possible.

Of the five bedrooms two have queen-size double beds with full en suite facilities including corner baths and walk-in double showers. The versatile accommodation provides permanent bedding for 11 plus cots. So bring Grandma and Grandpa or family friends to keep the cost down. Alternatively, two families can use the house without living in each others pockets

The villa has a delightful formal dining room as well as a breakfast bar with four stools in the kitchen for a less formal meal or snack. The main living area boasts leather sofas and designer furniture to help you relax while reading, watching TV, or gazing out across the pool to the lake.

New for 2004 is the complete games room with full size Air Hockey Table, Table Tennis and Pool Table. Tennis Equipment, Fishing Rod etc. Who needs a garage when they're on holiday .. we didnt so we changed it to a "full on" games room - the perfect place for a family tournament over a cool one .. just be sure to let the kids win!

Our fantastic pool area has a 30-foot heated pool plus spa and is fully screened. The tranquil view of the lake is the perfect background from which to soak up the sun or relax in the pool - we offer extended decking and ample furniture to accommodate up to 16 adults. The pool has spray heads to keep you cool while you float, and a waterfall feature keeps the mood calm with the sound of gently running water.
