This modern villa is in a private position in a peaceful golfing community (an 18-hole course which is open to non-members). The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful lakeside setting with preserved natural woodland at the rear.

The Sarasota/Bradenton area is an ideal location, renowned for its theatres and galleries, magnificent beaches, amazing choice of restaurants and great shopping – from malls and designer outlets to the stylish boutiques of St Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota.

The accommodation includes a formal dining area, a spacious open plan living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a breakfast nook. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are 2 other bedrooms – a twin and a double – and a second bathroom.

Outside is a solar-heated pool (28’ x 15’) which can also be gas heated at extra cost. The large pool deck has a covered area, with poolside table and chairs, and sun loungers. There is a gas BBQ which is available for guest's use.

The villa is conveniently located about 2 miles from Interstate 75 which gives access to Tampa Bay, St Petersburg, Busch Gardens (45 minutes) and the Disney attractions (90 minutes). The beautiful Gulf beaches are just 20-30 minutes away.
