Our villa is situated within the Lakeside area of Kissimmee.

About 15 minutes drive from the Airport and Disney.

It also is within easy reach of all shops, Golf Courses & attractions.

Our villa has 4 Bedrooms the Master Bedroom is en suite with Walk in Shower, Roman Tub, twin Basins, Toilet and Closet & TV/Video.

Bedroom No 2 is a twin located next door to the Master being ideal for small children needing to be close by.

The other 2 Bedrooms are located at the other end of the house making this an ideal villa for 2 Families to share if needed.

Bedroom 3 is a Double Bedroom, and Bedroom 4 is also a Twin. The Villa is very spacious and well equipped with lots of space for all. There is a new enclosure to make an extended sunbathing area with spa and Jacuzzi. It also backs on to a Conservation area with lots of wildlife to be seen.

We have added a Games Room to provide for some entertainment for the teenage children or adults in the evenings. There are also some Board Games and Videos.
