Our villa is our home from home and as such we have fitted it out as a comfortable HOME and not just a rental. We have tried to think of everything that we or you might need while on your holiday. We are confident that you will love our home as much as we do. Here is a full description of the villa, but it is even better when your there.

There is a spacious lounge/family room area with ceiling fan, comfortable 3-seater bed-settee, 2 chairs, 42" plasma TV, multi region DVD player and films. The lounge/family room area has access out to the inviting and secluded patio and pool area via sliding glass doors, alarmed for your children's safety. The dining area adjoins both the lounge and kitchen, and boasts a fine elegant light oak table and chairs ideal for more formal dining.

The fully equipped kitchen includes range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A nook with table and chairs provide a place for casual eating. All necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. You'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available in the utility room.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a colour cable TV and DVD player, en-suite bathroom, including a large Roman bath, his and her basins, separate toilet and a large shower cabinet, and a hairdryer. There is more than ample storage space in a walk-in closet, and there is a door to access the patio and pool. The second bedroom has a double-sized bed, cable TV and a further en-suite bathroom including a bath with over shower, toilet and vanity and hairdryer and the third bedroom has twin beds, and cable TV and adjoing bathroom including a bath with over shower, toilet and vanity unit with hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are supplied.

The large patio at the rear, which can be lit at night, is completely enclosed by a fine mesh screen for keeping out insects (but not the sun!). Patio table and chairs are provided for al fresco dining, also 3 sun loungers for topping up the suntan. The south facing swimming pool is not overlooked, approximately 24 x 18 and its depth varies from 3 to 5 and can be lit with an underwater multicoloured " Disco "lighting system. The pool is regularly maintained and serviced, and heating is available by arrangement.

A FREE travel crib, and highchair are also available if required. There are 3 telephone's for your use; local calls are free, but all other calls must be paid for by credit card.

The villa is fully licensed by the State and County Authorities and for your added peace of mind and protection is fitted with smoke alarms, full security system and emergency lighting.

Our Local management company ( Apollo Florida ) is always on hand to answer any question that may arise.

Being situated 3 miles from junction 23 of the Interstate 4, all airports, Orlando, Sanford and Tampa are easily accessible, as are both the Gulf and Space coasts. Why not visit Clearwater, Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Centre or the famous Daytona beach. Convenient for all the attractions and 3 miles from the very bustling 192 with its many restaurants and shops. Convenient for numerous golf courses.
