The villa is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida in Spring Hill, it is only a few miles from the Suncoast Parkway which is 45 minutes from Tampa airport, the nearest beach is about 12 miles away.

The Villa is located in a quiet residential area with a minimum of passing traffic however it is close (walking distance)to supermarkets, shops, restuarants, fast food outlets, banks and a gas/petrol station, it is very easy to locate from the Suncoast parkway.

There are 15 golf courses to chose from in the local area with two ranked in the top 100 in the USA.

Spring Hill is well serviced by all the major US shopping outlets, Wall Mart, Sears, Belk etc, there are two Cinemas, several Bowling establishments, many restuarants, bars and several parks.

The Villa is tastefully furnished and fully air conditioned with a spacious living dining area that has a cathedral ceiling, there is a large stereo television (basic cable service), a video/dvd player, and 2 sofa's in total comfortable seating for 5 - 6 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, toaster, coffee maker, hot sandwich maker, contact grill and a breakfast bar area that has seating for 4 guests.

The master bedroom is large with an on suite toilet and shower, a large walk in wardrobe, a television/DVD combo and a King size bed, the second bedroom is only slightly smaller and is located next to the second bathroom this also has a TV/DVD combo and a Queen size bed, the third bedroom is smaller but also has a TV & DVD and a queen size bed, all rooms have overhead fans for additional comfort.

The garage has a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

A secluded and screen enclosed pool is located to the rear of the villa, access is from inside the villa, the pool can be heated at an additional cost, there is an outside patio area for the Bar-B-Q.

Weeki Wachee springs attraction, home of the mermaids, has shows, Florida wildlife and a river trip and is located just 5 miles away.

Buccaneer Bay is a water park with slides and other attractions (seasonal) it is just 5 miles away at Weeki Wachee springs.

The nearest beach is beautiful Pine Island located out in the Gulf of Mexico, it is ideal for children and adults alike and is just 12 miles away and is reached by car along a causeway.

20 miles north of Spring Hill is Homosassa Wild life state park, this is the best place in Florida to see Manatee, Alligators and Florida wild life.

The Famous Busch Gardens in Tampa is 45 miles away.

Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are 65 miles away and approximately one and half hours from the villa.

Orlando Airport is 70 miles from the villa.
