Our villa in "Windward Cay" is next to a lake which is surrounded by woodland and ranch land. Disney is just five miles away. Highway 192 is just a ¼ mile away (marker 14) where you will find an abundance of major stores, vast gift shops, international restaurants, buffets and take-aways, minigolf courses, brand name outlets as well as a Wal-Mart 24hr Supercentre and much more. The junction of Highways 192 & 535 is just 2 miles.

Our villa is furnished to the HIGHEST standards and equipped with all the extras you would expect in a luxury home.

Some of the "extras" include a two seater swing, poolside shower, 4 Cable TVs, 4 VCRs, Stereo Hi-Fi and portable Hi-Fi both with CD, PlayStation with 2 pads, selection of Videos, PlayStation Games, board-games, books, jig-saws, as well as pool fun toys - some to float on and some to play with (various balls etc).

The accommodation features a spacious, fully fitted kitchen complete with large refrigerator/freezer with auto ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, espresso/cappuccino maker, waffle maker, etc. The dining area has seating for eight people and the patio door leads to the pool and spa. The great room with a cathedral ceiling, foliage cascading down the walls and accent lighting has the true Florida atmosphere.

There are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, ceiling fan, along with 19"cable TV and VCR. It also has an en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and patio doors opening directly onto the pool and spa. The second bedroom has a queen bed and Cable TV with a VCR. The third bedroom, in 'Tweety Pie' theme, has twin beds and Cable TV with a VCR. All bedrooms have a radio/alarm.

The large, private, south-facing, screened pool and spa area is totally superb and is only a few yards from the lakeside. There is plenty of room for sunbathing or wildlife watching to your hearts content and the underwater lighting ensures that you can enjoy the pool and spa all night long - if you so wish. The neighbours at either side are over 30 feet away.

The patio dining area is spacious and comfortable with a large table and six chairs with padded seating and four full length loungers with deep padded cushions. There is a two-seater swing with canopy. A full gas BBQ may be arranged (ask for details). We have also fitted a poolside shower for your pleasure and convenience.

The pool and spa is usually pleasantly warm from April through to October. The heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time of year. This you can decide before or after you arrive.
