Blue Lagoon is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with air conditioning and its own private screened pool. The two double bedrooms have en-suite facilities (ideal for two families sharing) and large built in wardrobes. The two twin bedrooms also have large built in wardrobes and share the third bathroom which has doors at either end making easy access from both ends of the villa.

The Great room has a double sleeper sofa for extra guests, a three seater sofa and cable TV/VCR, with patio doors leading to the pool and lanai. There is also a formal dining table and chairs at the other end of the room. In all the villa can sleep 10+ a baby.

The open plan kitchen looks out over the great room and has a breakfast bar and a nook area with table and chairs. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble drier situated in the large garage along with an iron,ironing board and washing line. There are ample towels supplied which should be sufficient for your entire stay (please bring your own beach towels).

You can relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine all year round on the screened patio which is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and a table. The Lanai area provides a pleasant shelter form the mid day sun should you prefer the shade. The pool is accessible from the great room, as well as the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. All pool access doors are alarmed to warn of unsupervised entry to the pool area by young children. The pool can be illuminated for late night swimming. The pool can be heated if required at an additional cost.

Our beautiful villa is situated in one of the most sought-after and prestigious private gated communities in Orlando and is just 7 miles from Walt Disney World and other major attractions. It is located on the Highway 27 and minutes from the I-4 and 192. Shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets are available nearby.

Entry to the estate is accessed via electronic gates. The estate boasts its own private clubhouse which has been designed with holiday makers in mind and is for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. You can choose to host gatherings on the veranda for your friends or have a quick dip in the spacious swimming pool.

The 2000 sq ft of the clubhouse is complete with lounge, large screen TV's, exercise room, reading room and other facilities perfect for entertaining your family and friends. There is also a volleyball court, tennis court, a kid's play area, a BBQ area and another swimming pool for your further enjoyment.

Westridge also offers easy access to the Interstate 4 which leads to the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast and the fabulous Busch Gardens theme park at Tampa Bay. Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away, Walt Disney World 15 minutes, Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet 'n' Wild all within 25 minutes drive.

For the avid golfers among you, there is a championship 18 hole golf course half a mile away and other courses only a short drive from the villa.
