Hampton Lakes is set back from US 27 which gives easy access to theme parks, shops, and several public golf courses. Just take a right out of Hampton Lakes along the US 27, exit east onto the US 192 you are then minutes away from all the Disney attractions. The total journey is about 10 to15 minutes. Take a left out of Hampton Lakes, drive south 3 miles to the I4, the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and the whole of Florida is awaiting you with beaches on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts with three international airports. The Hampton Lakes community has a communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis and basket ball courts, a sand volley ball court and a children's play area.

Inside the villa you will find all the luxuries of a dream vacation. A large vaulted lounge/ family area with 52in cinema sceen Cable TV ,DVD VCR tastefully furnished including a selection of DVD & VCR movies.Computer suite with Internet access. A fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and many other appliances to make life easier. A laundry area containing a family sized washing machine and dryer. There's also an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer in each bedroom.
PC with unlimited Internet access. A Luxurious games room with full size 8x4 Pool table TV and VCR, PS2 & Electronic Darts along with a selection of games for the younger members of the family.

The villa is fully air conditioned. Two sets of bedding for each room is provided along with towels for indoor use. A telephone is provided with FREE local & International calls.
The villa has five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms. There are 3 master bedrooms each has it's own en-suite bathroom & Cable TV. The two remaining bedrooms comprise of twin beds served by a 4th bathroom which is shared. Large patio windows give access to the private pool area and gas BBQ.
There is a 40 feet x 24 feet extended sun deck area containing a 28 x 14 foot heated swimming pool with gas heated Jacuzzi.
