Overlooking woodland and a golf course in a quiet residential area this spacious villa enjoys 2500 sq. ft. of living space with a large sun deck and pool. It has been furnished to a very high standard and positioned to fully enjoy the sunshine and sunsets.The villa comprises 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, including the master bedroom, which has a walk in closet and shower plus his and hers wash basins. Bedroom 4 has a full sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area and adjoining utility room. The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout.
