Our luxury Villa is situated on the Bridgewater development, it is convenient yet secluded. Orlando Int Airport is 45 minutes away, and Sanford is 1hr. Bridgewater is a 78 acre community nestled among 165 acres of natural wetland, nature preserve, a 45 acre deep water lake and lakefront nature trail together with a communal Olympic size heated community pool, picnic area, BBQ area, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts. It is close to many PGA Golf Courses.

This spacious Villa was completed in April 2001 and is fully air conditioned.

It has been furnished to a high standard throughout and comprises of 1 Master Bedroom with a King size bed, with en-suite which has a large tub and walk in shower and toilet. The Master bedroom also has a television set with cable for additional viewing. The Queen Bedroom which houses a double bed has an en-suite shower and toilet. The Twin Bedrooms contain two single twin beds. One of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and toilet.

The Lounge/Dining area has a Cable TV, Video, Cassette/CD/Radio.

The screened Pool/Decking area has a lake view.

Disney is 15 minutes away, within easy reach from Interstate 4.The Gas Station & General Store is 2 minutes away. Large "Publix" Food store is 5 minutes away. Champions Gate PGA Golf Course is 5 minutes away.
Restaurants, Bars 10 min drive away.
