Detached spacious, fully airconditioned single storey villa with very private screened pool and covered lanai... Great open views over golf course (as not yet in use) to the rear giving extra privacy. Fixed charcoal BBQ outside the pool screen. Our villa is furnished and cared for to a high standardand very well equipped for up to 6 persons.
The very comfortable lounge is furnished to a high standard with large sofa and love seat ,digital cable flat screen TV, DVD and music centre and overhead fan.
Dining area has full sized dining table seating 6 persons. The Patio doors from the dining area lead out onto the covered lanai and pool deck again well furnished with table seating 6,comfortable chairs ,loungers,light and fan. Breakfast bar for 2 persons.
Well equipped kitchen with all "mod-cons"including dishwasher, full sized cooker ,large fridge with ice maker, microwave and telephone...well stocked with crockery,pots and pans.
