Our new executive luxury villa, is located in a golfing community in Rotonda Englewood, close to the azure blue waters that lap the beautiful beaches of Boco Grande, Don Pedro Island, Manasota Key and Englewood, on Florida's undiscovered and unspoilt South West Gulf Coast.

Our new executive luxury home is an oasis of tranquillity, yet all the facilities that you could wish for are at hand. Newly completed our villa offers over 2600 sq ft of air conditioned living space (3400 sq ft overall). The South facing garden with its own fishing rights from our private dock, overlooks a well stocked river and woodland to the rear.

Our large spacious villa has been built to the highest standards and has been furnished with great care, taste and elegance. The accommodation comprises of a formal lounge and an additional family room. A large fully fitted kitchen with large breakfast bar,and an additional breakfast area overlooking the pool.
For dining al-fresco, the screened pool deck has a table and six chairs. Poolside loungers are available for that spot of sun bathing.
The formal dining area creates an ambience of quiet elegance for that special dining occasion. The excellently appointed kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The utility room houses a wash tub, washer and dryer, plus th eother sundry items such as ironing board etc

The master bedroom is large and spacious and includes a sumptuous king size bed, tv, dvd, and video. This room benefits from its own private access to the swimming pool via double french doors. The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom is complete with his and hers marble wash basins, separate toilet, large walk in shower and marble bathtub. The room is completed with his and hers walk in wardrobes.
The second bedroom is also ensiute, with its own large walk in shower, seperate toilet and single marble basin. This room is appointed with a queen size double bed and also has its own access to the swimming pool area via double patio doors. There is also a large walk in wardrobe.
The remaining guest room is equally well appointed with twin beds and its own walk in wardrobe. This room has access to the house cabana bathroom, which is fully appointed to include a bath with shower over, single marble sink and vanity, and toilet. This room being 'cabana' is also accessable from the pool area.

For the golfing enthusiast, there are numerous golf courses in the area, six courses are currently 2 -3 mins away from the house, within Rotonda. The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are within 10 - 15 mins drive. Nearby attractions include Sarasota, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
Our home is strategically located to the Tamiami Trail, affording easy access to the freeways which can whisk you to all the major attractions of Busch Gardens and Disney World, and the Space Center .
