Our large spacious villa has been built to the highest standards and has been furnished with great care, taste and elegance. The accommodation comprises of a formal lounge and an additional family room. A large fully fitted kitchen with solid surface countertops and large breakfast bar. The formal dining area creates an ambience of quiet elegance for that special dining occasion. The excellently appointed kitchen is fully equipped with all modern stainless steel appliances. The utility room houses a wash tub, European style washer and dryer, plus the other sundry laundry items.
For dining al-fresco, the screened pool deck has a table and chairs, poolside loungers are available for that spot of sun bathing. A full pool safety fence is included should it be required. The large and spacious master bedroom includes a sumptuous king size bed. This room benefits from its own private access to the swimming pool via double french doors. The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom is complete with his and hers marble wash basins, separate toilet, large walk in shower and seperate bathtub. The room is completed with a huge walk in wardrobe and large seperate linen cupboard The luxury second bedroom is appointed with a queen size bed and a large built in wardrobe. The remaining guest room is equally well appointed with twin beds and its own large built in wardrobe. For the golfing enthusiast, there are numerous golf courses in the area, six courses are currently 2 -3 mins away from the house, within Rotonda. The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are within 5 mins drive. Nearby attractions include Magnificent Boca Grande, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Our home is strategically located close to the Tamiami Trail, affording easy access to the freeways which can whisk you to all the major attractions of Busch Gardens, Disney World, and the Space Center .
Enjoy a days fishing from the many inlets and canals locally - equipment is provided - you can expect to catch a wide variety of fish including Channel Catfish, Bluegill, Black Crappie, Chain Pickerel, Gar, Blue Tilapia even the occasional turtle. For the more energetic we have provided four bicycles (2 adult, 1 teenager and 1 junior) and tennis racquets (6 courts, 4 of which are flood lit, are just 2mins away).
