LIVING ROOM: Very large spacious open plan living area with two loveseats, one double-size sofa bed and games table. Multi channel TV, VCR, DVD and CD player. Treble patio doors overlook the large rear garden, patio and preserved woodland. The rear patio is furnished with a table, four chairs and four sun loungers

DINING ROOM: The light and airy dining room area is furnished with a beautiful dining room suite providing seating for eight. Double patio doors lead to a covered porch area with a table and four chairs overlooking the secluded rear garden. This area is a super sun trap ideal for relaxing in the early morning Florida sunshine.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:

MASTER BEDROOM ONE - King size with en-suite bathroom including a double tub, separate shower, double vanity unit, hair dryer, and flatscreen cable TV with DVD/VHS player. Patio doors at either end of the room provide direct access to the pool and garden areas.

MASTER BEDROOM TWO - Self contained "Cabana" guest room with en suite shower and cable TV. (Perfect for those in your party that require a little more privacy). Patio doors provide direct access to the pool area.

BEDROOM THREE - One double size and one single bed. En-suite bath and shower room (shared with bedroom four), cable TV. Patio doors provide direct access to the pool area. .

COURTYARD POOL AREA - Private, secluded, fully screened 20' x 20' illuminated and heated Courtyard Pool features a Spa Bath for your relaxation and a water fountain. Four sets of patio doors (three being bedrooms) open onto the pool deck area which is furnished with padded pool furniture. External cooling fans are also provided for your extra comfort.
