The Villa was completed in March 2001 and has the advantage of many up-grades all of which adds to the overall luxury of this fabulous home.
The large Lounge area is well equipped for comfort with luxurious sofas, all the latest electronic gadgetry, ceiling fan and benefits from French doors that lead you out onto the extensive Pool Deck also equipped with a ceiling fan.
The Master bedroom has an American King-sized bed, TV/DVD combo, ceiling fan and benefits from it's own access through French doors to the Pool/Sun Deck area. The en-suite is large and features: double vanity unit, hairdryer, corner bath, large double walk-in shower, WC and walk-in clothes/store cupboard.
The second Master Bedroom is equipped with: double bed,TV/DVD combo, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and benefits from a private en-suite with bath, shower, WC and hairdryer.
The two remaining bedrooms are Twin Bedded, one is equipped with a TV and PlayStation 2, whilst the other has a TV/DVD combo and DVD/Tapeplayer/FM radio player. They each have large walk-in wardrobes and a shared bathroom facility equipped with bath, shower and hairdryer. The villa's design allows this third bathroom and the extra store for pool towels to be easily accessed from the pool/sundeck area.
The villa has the benefit of a formal dining area set aside from the lounge and independent of the Kitchen breakfast area.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might possibly need!
The Pool & Sun Deck benefits from the sun from 10.00 am onwards and is equipped with additional pool furniture. The Pool is just that little bit larger, measuring 30f X 15f and because Floridian summers are long, pool heat is not necessary during the summer. |
